Installation Notes

New Customer Setup

A customer logo must be copied to the customer data area on the web server file system.  Each Customer has his or her own data directory on the web server.  The system automatically creates this customer area upon first use of the application for that customer.

For example, a customer whose id is 101500 will have the following structure created:

  1. \ClientData\Client_101500;
  2. A \Logo subdirectory for the client logo;
  3. A \Print PDF subdirectory for copies of web labels Printed;
  4. A Default logo is put into users’ logo folder if none exists.
